The price for the double room (per night) includes continental breakfast, tax and parking.
For breakfast we serve: all types of coffee, juices (from concentrate), fresh bread and croissants, tea, hot chocolate, yogurt, cereals, honey, jam, nutella, butter, etc... .
The rooms come with all the amenities:en-suite bathroom with hair dryer,
air conditioning, mini bar and TV.  Room service is provided on request

Period Prices
Low season - from  Oct 1 to May 31 (excluding holidays) (*) 65 €
Middle season - from Jun 1 to Jul 31 and from Sep 1 to Sep 30 (*) 75 €
High season - from Aug 1 to Aug 31 and all holidays  85 €

* One night free for stays over 6 nights.
The holidays include Christmas, New Year's eve, Easter etc. and are considered high season.
Extra charge of 10 € is applied to a double room with private terrace and sea view.
Additional bed - supplemental charge of 20 €
HB (dinner) 20 € per person

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made up to 15 days from the date of arrival, otherwise the deposit will not be returned.
For early departures and in case of no show will be charged the whole stay.
